Cancellation/Refund Policies

Replacement Policy –

  • Parcel opening video is a must for replacement.
  • Any issues in the product have to be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • No exchange will be initiated in case a video is not provided.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item with a video presentation so we can assess and fix the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Perishable goods (e.g. groceries, flowers or plants), personalized products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about any particular item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
